Seward County docket questions usually belong with the public office that holds the case. This private site cannot retrieve, correct, certify, or reschedule a record. The contacts below route district cases to the District Court Clerk, municipal matters to the appropriate city court, and statewide searches to Kansas CaseSearch.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull dockets, change or reset court dates, remove or seal cases, issue certified copies, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the clerk of court or the trial court directly.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Use the record type and court level to choose the official contact:

  • A docket sheet: run a case search through the statewide portal, or request the docket from the clerk of court
  • A court date or setting: check the court calendar, or confirm the setting with the clerk of court
  • Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
  • A specific case: look it up with a case search by party name or case number
  • Court records and case files: see court records, or contact the clerk of the court that heard the case

For district dockets and case files, contact the Seward County District Court Clerk at 415 N. Washington, Suite 103, Liberal, KS 67901, or call (620) 626-3375. Public hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
